Introduction
Welcome to TAIC International (“TAIC,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the TAIC website and your purchase of products through our e-commerce platform. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance by TAIC. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inaccuracies in product or pricing information, inability to process payment, shipping restrictions, or suspicion of fraud. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
Pricing: Prices for products are listed in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the final price, inclusive of any applicable taxes and duties as described below. TAIC is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that TAIC is authorized to charge the amount to it. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order.
Shipping & Handling
At TAIC, we are committed to providing a premium shipping experience for our customers worldwide. Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options no matter where you are, and we ship to customers around the globe every day while striving to maintain the highest quality service. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. This means your package benefits from seamless export processing, international transport (by air, sea, or rail), and hand-off to trusted local carriers for final delivery, all with end-to-end tracking visibility.
Please note that shipping times are estimates. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. TAIC will do its best to inform you of any significant delays. Below is important information regarding our shipping and handling:
- Global Shipping Coverage: We ship to most international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout. Delivery timelines will vary based on your location and carrier conditions, as international shipments must go through export/import processes and local delivery services. We work hard to ensure prompt export clearance and efficient international transit for all orders, but actual delivery dates may shift due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs inspections or local holidays).
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once processed, we will dispatch the package and send you a shipping confirmation email.
- Delivery Timeframes: Transit times differ by destination and shipping method. Standard international deliveries typically arrive in about 5–14 business days, while express options (if offered) are faster. However, as noted, external conditions can impact these timeframes. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will assist in tracking any delayed packages.
- Free Shipping for Orders Over $100: TAIC offers free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise total above $100. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. Free shipping uses the standard shipping method, which may have a longer transit time than expedited options. If your order qualifies, the shipping fee will be waived once your cart total (after discounts, before taxes) exceeds $100. Note: If an order initially qualifies for free shipping and is partially returned such that the retained total falls below $100, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping cost from the refund.
- Taxes & Duties Included: All applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees are included in the shipping and handling charges you pay at checkout. In other words, the total price you pay is delivery duty paid (DDP). You should not have to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery in most regions. TAIC handles the necessary customs clearance and pre-pays these charges on your behalf as part of our service. (If there are any exceptions where duties cannot be pre-paid for a particular country, we will clearly inform you).
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier’s portal to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update after dispatch. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
- Packaging and Handling: We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Products are shipped in secure, sturdy packaging, and fragile items are wrapped with protective materials. A handling fee (if any) is included as part of the shipping charge shown at checkout. This covers order processing, packaging, and logistics coordination.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of order. We cannot guarantee changes to the address after your order is placed (see Order Modifications below). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or because it was unclaimed by you, it will be treated as a return shipment. In such cases, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and additional reshipping fees may apply if you request re-delivery. To avoid inconvenience, ensure the address and recipient details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
- Delivery Acceptance: Depending on your location and order value, a signature may be required upon delivery. This is to guarantee that the package reaches you securely. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier might leave a notice or attempt re-delivery. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier to arrange pickup or re-delivery within their specified time frame. Packages that are not picked up and are returned to sender will be handled as per our “Incorrect Addresses” policy above.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. Our policy for cancellations and modifications depends on whether the order has shipped:
- Before Shipment (Cancellation or Changes): If you wish to cancel your order or make changes (such as modifying an address, removing/adding items, or altering quantities) before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach TAIC Customer Support by email at support@taicinternational.com or by phone at 400-101-7571. We strongly recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance of successful modification or cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will cancel or adjust it per your request. In the case of cancellation before shipment, you will receive a full refund of any charges paid. If you requested a change, we will do our best to accommodate it (for example, updating the delivery address or swapping an item) and will confirm once the change is made. Please note that once an order enters the shipping process (usually within 1-3 business days), our ability to modify it is limited.
- After Shipment (In-Transit or Delivered): Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any cancellation or modification. This is because the package is already with the carrier. If you contact us after your order has left our facility, we will attempt to intercept or redirect the package if possible, but we cannot promise a successful cancellation after dispatch. Generally, if you no longer want the items, you will need to wait until the package is delivered and then initiate a return. In other words, after shipment, any cancellation request will be treated as a return – you’ll need to receive the product and then follow our return process (see Returns & Refunds below) to send it back for a refund. We cannot issue refunds for orders in transit; the refund will be processed once the returned product reaches us. Shipping fees will not be refunded for in-transit cancellations/returns, except in cases of our error or damage (see Returns & Refunds).
- Refused Packages: Do not refuse delivery as a means of cancellation. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to your absence or refusal, it will likely be returned to us. Such returns will be handled according to our return policy, and shipping charges will not be refunded for refused or unclaimed deliveries. To avoid unnecessary costs, accept the delivery and contact us to arrange a return if needed.
- Order Modifications: If you need to make a change to your order details (shipping address corrections, recipient name, or swapping product variants) after placing the order, please contact us immediately at the email or phone number above. We will attempt to accommodate modifications if the order is still in our warehouse. Changes requested after the order has shipped cannot be guaranteed. In cases where an address change is necessary after dispatch, we can reach out to the carrier to request a reroute, but any additional costs incurred may be passed on to you, and success is not assured.
Important: TAIC reserves the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it (e.g., item is out of stock or fails quality checks). In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly. We also may cancel orders that violate our terms or appear fraudulent, in which case you will be informed and not charged.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange, in accordance with the guidelines below:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately may not be able to offer a refund or exchange (exceptions may be made at our discretion for special circumstances). We believe 30 days is a fair period for you to inspect your purchase.
- Eligible Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original components, accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging should be intact. We reserve the right to decline returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags, or that are missing parts. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email or packing slip) with your return to help us identify your order.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@taicinternational.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send the product back without first contacting us, as we need to ensure it is sent to the correct returns facility. In some cases, we may provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (see Return Shipping Costs below for details).

Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or changing your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We can either deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund (if we provide a prepaid label), or you may ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost will depend on your location and the package dimensions/weight. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, (for example, we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged), TAIC will cover the return shipping cost. In such cases, we will either provide you a prepaid return label or arrange a carrier pickup at our expense. We will also work quickly to send you a replacement if you prefer an exchange in this scenario. - Inspection and Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times. We will do our best to process refunds promptly, typically within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item (as per the process above) and then place a new order for the replacement item. Alternatively, you may request an exchange when you contact us about the return — in some cases, we can process a direct exchange without requiring a separate new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and approved. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly. Normal shipping terms apply to exchanged items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of products are final sale or non-returnable. These may include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases (if we ever offer such items), as well as personalized or custom-made products that have been engraved or made-to-order specifically for you. We will clearly indicate on the product page if an item is final sale or not eligible for return. Also, gift cards are not returnable (except as required by law). If you send back a non-returnable item, we will not be able to process a refund, and you may need to pay shipping to have it sent back to you.
- International Returns: For international orders (outside of our primary shipping country), the same 30-day return policy applies. However, please be aware that return shipping internationally can be costly, and TAIC does not cover return postage for international returns unless it’s due to our error or a product defect. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes that were included in your original purchase are generally non-refundable to us once the item has shipped. This means that while you will get a refund for the product price (and any original shipping fee if the return is due to our error), we cannot refund the portion of the purchase that went to duties/taxes for your country. You may be able to reclaim those import fees by contacting your local customs office directly to inform them of the return (this process varies by country).
- Refunds on Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases of TAIC’s error. If you paid for expedited shipping and then returned the item, the expedited shipping fee will not be refunded (unless the return was due to a defective or wrong item sent). As noted above in Order Cancellation, if your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order such that the remaining value falls below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund.
We recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a trackable shipping service if you are arranging your own return, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive. In the unlikely event you don’t receive a refund within a reasonable time after we have confirmed receipt of your return, please contact us at support@taicinternational.com so we can investigate (keep your return tracking information handy). Our aim is to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TAIC (including our officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to TAIC for the specific product or service in question. This limitation of liability is a fundamental condition of the bargain between you and TAIC and will apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. By using our site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information; however, you understand that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please notify us immediately at support@taicinternational.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TAIC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TAIC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our site without our express written permission. You are welcome to browse our site and print copies for your personal use, but you must not use our content for any commercial purpose without authorization.
Governing Language
These Terms of Use are drafted in English. If we provide a translation in another language, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between language versions.
